"I booked this house with very short notice after deciding to extend my Florida trip. House looked perfect on the photos & description & Julie the owner replied very quickly to my enquiry. I’ve stayed in at least 50 houses in Florida over the past 20 years & this is absolutely 1 of the best! Exactly as described & simply beautiful. Very tastefully furnished with lots of great “extras” that you don’t often find. Even things that might not mean much to some people but to me really added to the stay - hair straighteners, champagne flutes, dozens of coat hangers, a printer etc The house was like new, everything in very good stylish condition. Lovely pool area & Julie very kindly included pool heat for me which meant I spent a lot of time in it. You literally would not need to bring anything other than your suitcase. I loved the “normal” huge Samsung washing machine & drier as the usual old American ones with the pole in the middle are brutal on your laundry. The community was very pretty and quiet and very well maintained. Very handy for everything but happily just away enough from the crazy traffic of Kissimmee & I - Drive. The neighbours on either side were adorable. Met them on day 2 & was invited round for drinks or to ask for anything I needed! I loved it so much Julie kindly let me stay on a few extra days & even let my poor stranded friends stay, when their rental was double booked. I made sure I kept it as tidy & spotless as I found it as I felt it was like my own home & deserved the same love & care. That’s how awesome it was. I’m only sad I had to leave & worried that I’ve now bigged it up so much, there’ll never be any free weeks left for me to go back!!! “We had a three week stay and enjoyed every moment. Everything you need for your stay is supplied for you at the villa. Located in a gated community, it is in an ideal location. Just 15-20 minutes from Disney Parks and just five minutes away from Walmart and Publix. There is a great choice of restaurants close by, American, English, Italian, Chinese, Indian, the choice is endless. If you want to go further afield the villa is five minutes away from Highway 27 which gets you on to I4 in next to no time making it easy to see Orlando and beyond. We were lucky enough to have some days that were just too hot to visit somewhere so we made good use of the pool and spa. We’re so glad we chose to stay at the villa and would highly recommend to everybody. If we ever get a chance to return then we’ll be sure to book this villa.
